It is your own view of how reliably the things that protect you are happening. It is not a measure against other companies, and it says nothing about entitlement on any contract.

How do I get the most from it?

Answer for one real contract, and answer for what happens rather than what the procedure says. Then check your answers against a sample of notices and replies.
