NEC contracts, kept in one place
Contract Status is contract management software built for NEC. Clients, contractors and subcontractors send their notices and replies in one shared record, and everyone can see what is waiting on whom.

Know what is waiting on you
Reply dates are worked out from your contract, so a notice is not missed. When the contract has its own periods, those are the ones that count.
- An Action List of what is waiting on you, and on the other party
- Overdue flags on every register, and alerts when a reply is late
- Clause references in the words of your own clause library
- Drafts stay with the company that writes them until they are sent
- Works on a computer, a tablet or a phone

Both sides of one record
Under NEC a notice is only half the story. The reply, and the time it took, matter just as much. In Contract Status both sides work on the same record, so there is one reference, one history and no argument about which version was sent.
- A draft is private to the company writing it; the other side only sees a greyed line
- Submitting tells the other side by e-mail and in the notification bell
- Each record shows one button for your next step, or who you are waiting for
- Anything changed after issue is kept and shown on the record
Contract Status records what the two sides did and when. It does not decide who is right.

See it working
Follow real sequences on a fictional account: from the first notice to the last reply, on both sides.
The Project Manager has rejected my compensation event
A contractor's notification is rejected. Contract Status keeps the decision, the reason and the dates on the record, ready for the next conversation.
See the exampleAn instruction came with no compensation event
The Project Manager gives an instruction and notifies no compensation event. How the contractor picks it up in Contract Status and notifies it.
See the exampleNobody has responded to my early warning
A contractor's early warning gets no response. Contract Status shows it overdue on the register, and lets either side ask for an early warning meeting.
See the exampleWho it is for
Each side of an NEC contract works in the same record, with its own drafts kept private until they are sent. Choose your role to see what changes in your week.
