Which notices can it write?

Early warnings, compensation event notifications and replies, quotation cover letters and replies, and failure to reply notices. A contract only offers the notices we have confirmed for that form.

Which contracts does it cover?

NEC4 and NEC3 main contracts, subcontracts and short forms, using each one's own role names, clause numbers and periods.

What happens to what I type?

It stays in your browser. The Word file is made on your own computer, so your contract details and the facts of the matter are never sent to us. We only record your name and e-mail, the type of notice and form, and the dates, so that we can send you a reminder of them.

Can I send it as it is?

Read it first. The clause numbers and periods are from the unamended forms, and your Contract Data and Z clauses can change them. Complete anything in square brackets, and delete the notes box.
