NEC4 Professional Service quiz

For consultants and for the people who appoint them. This quiz covers the NEC4 Professional Service Contract, its Subcontract and its Short Contract.

These forms use their own words, such as Consultant and Service Manager, and a skill and care standard rather than a fitness one. Professional services under NEC is a good place to start.

What next?

Try another contract family, put it into practice in a role-play, or keep a clause sheet beside you.

General information in our own words, not legal advice. Your own contract decides.
