You are the Contractor's commercial manager or QS. Entitlement is there to be lost: by a missed eight weeks, by weak weather data, by under-certification, or by records nobody kept.

The scenario is on the Contractor's side, but it is just as useful for a Project Manager's QS who wants to know what is coming. Clause 61.3 is a good follow-up.
