Supervisor role-play

Test, inspect, search and notify, while people ask you to do things that belong to the Project Manager. Knowing where your role stops is half the job.

Afterwards, read about searching for Defects, and why a search that finds nothing can still have a cost.

What next?

Try another seat, test the rules with a quiz, or take a letter template for the next time it happens for real.

Fictional contract, for training. Not legal advice. Your own contract decides.
